Government should publish cannabis advice as soon as possible

The Liberal Democrats have called on the Government to publish its final report on the classification of cannabis, which it received today from the Advisory Council on the Misuse of Drugs.

Commenting, Liberal Democrat Shadow Home Secretary, Chris Huhne said:

"The Government must stop playing politics and publish this advice as soon as possible.

"There should be nothing secret about the scientific advice being given to ministers on this important issue."
